High-efficient Propellers and Aft Ship systems are developed and manufactured by MAN Energy Solutions, Frederikshavn – which also performs after-sales service, retrofit, upgrade, repair and spare parts supply for complete ship propulsion systems. The company has its own Service Centre with slipway and repair quay, and a sales competence centre with focus on energy optimisation for the fishery, offshore and tugboat sectors. 

The MAN Energy Solutions group is the world’s leading provider of large-bore diesel engines for marine applications. It designs two-stroke and four-stroke engines that are manufactured both by the company and by its licensees. The engines have power outputs ranging from 450 kW to 87 MW. 

Customers receive worldwide after-sales services marketed under the MAN PrimeServ brand. MAN Energy Solutions employs around 14,500 staff at more than 100 international sites.
